再び雨の小値賀島です。

My home town Ojika is countryside and also island!
田舎に行きたい、日本の田舎ってどんな所だろうと思ってる人もいると思いました。
I was convinced people want to go countryside of Japan, interested and curious what is countryside of Japan.
それが日本の田舎（ふるさとの小値賀島）に戻るきっかけにもなりました。
That's reason for I came back to Ojika island.

When my tour, people always said me I enjoyed, happy and fun time

Specially the best memory of trip is that meet local people, value the precious moment with local people.

できるだけ現地の人と話せる機会を作るのもガイドの力だと思います。
As long as I can help to meet local people for them.
観光客は、特に個人で来た外国人観光客は、観光地に行っても、買い物に行っても、現地の人と話をする機会はありまえん。
My experience of tour guide, people who from other countries, specially individual tour, when they visit tourism resort or go to shopping, they don't have chance to talk with local people.

They absolutely speak or ask questions to staff of accommodation.
私もツアーでは、必ず宿の女将さんやスタッフと仲良くなりたくさんの情報を交換します。
When I was tour guide, talked owners and staffs of accommodations, exchange information.
素晴らしい関係性ができて
We had wonderful relations with them.
大好きな宿に行く時はいつもワクワクしながら行きます。
When I went to my favorite accommodation in my tour, I was so excited, I want to talk and meet them.
宿の人や宿での素敵な出会い、楽しい会話をすることで
Enjoy conversation and great encounter with staff of accommodations
After talked, impression Japan is
日本はいい！
